By participating as a client, benefactor or member, you affirmatively acknowledge your voluntary decision to contribute to the charity. You confirm that you possess the legal capacity to make such financial contributions and that any donations made are done with full awareness of their implications.
Members and benefactors of Ubuntu Visions NPC understand that under these terms and conditions there are fees payable from contributions for company expenses.
Members and benefactors understand and accept that this agreement may be terminated at any time by either party and that there will be no refunds of any fee(s) or contributions whatsoever.
Members and benefactors understand and accept that Ubuntu Visions NPC reserves the right to deny its membership for any reason and its sole discretion.
Ubuntu Visions NPC warrants and agrees that it will respect the privacy and confidentiality of its clients, benefactors and members’ personal information, adhering to the POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and will not disclose/sell/share private information to any third party. We understand that your personal information is important to you and that you may be apprehensive about disclosing it. Your privacy is just as important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding and processing your information in a lawful manner. We also want to make sure that you understand how and for what purpose we process your information. If for any reason you think that your information is not processed in a correct manner, or that your information is being used for a purpose other than that for what it was originally intended, you can contact our management team. Participating in one or more of Ubuntu Visions NPC, clients, benefactors and members understand and agree to fully and completely indemnify Ubuntu Visions NPC, its principals, owners, shareholders, directors, employees, heirs and successors from any and all damages, including, but not limited to legal costs, attorneys fees, claims, demands and liabilities of any nature, including, but not limited to damages for personal injuries and emotional distress that arise either directly or indirectly as the result of any services provided by Ubuntu Visions NPC. whether during the term of this agreement or at any time thereafter. The foregoing extends to any claim(s) for the improper or negligent dissemination of private or inaccurate information regarding the client, benefactor and member that placed him/her in a false light. Any disputes with one or more of the individuals with whom the client, benefactor and member come in contact with either directly or indirectly by virtue of my use of Ubuntu Visions NPC, the client, benefactor and/or member cannot hold Ubuntu Visions NPC liable for any of the above listed damage or claims.
